Bu koşullar, Bars Suite'i kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmete kaydolarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1.Hizmet Tanımı

Bars Suite; CRM, funnel, ödeme, randevu, otomasyon ve AI araçlarını tek platformda sunan bir SaaS ürünüdür. Bars Hub Technology FZCO tarafından işletilir ve aylık/yıllık abonelikle sağlanır.

2.Hesap ve Uygunluk

Hizmete erişim için geçerli bir e-posta gereklidir. 18 yaşından büyük olmalısınız. Hesabınızın ve giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz; hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlu tutulursunuz.

3.Abonelik, Ödeme ve İptal

Abonelikler seçtiğiniz döneme göre otomatik yenilenir.
Dilediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal sonrası erişiminiz mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer.
Aksi belirtilmedikçe ödemeler iade edilmez.
Fiyatları değiştirebiliriz; değişiklikler bir sonraki yenileme döneminde geçerli olur ve önceden bildirilir.

4.Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Hizmeti yasa dışı amaçlarla, izinsiz toplu ileti (spam) göndermek, başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek veya sistemin güvenliğini/bütünlüğünü tehlikeye atmak için kullanamazsınız. Gönderdiğiniz tüm içerik ve mesajların ilgili yasalara (KVKK, izinli pazarlama vb.) uygunluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.

5.Veri Mülkiyeti

CRM'e girdiğiniz tüm veriler size aittir. Verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman dışa aktarabilirsiniz. Verilerinizi yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için işleriz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).

6.Fikri Mülkiyet

Bars Suite yazılımı, markası, tasarımı ve içeriği bize aittir. Aboneliğiniz size hizmeti kullanma hakkı verir; yazılımı kopyalama, tersine mühendislik veya yeniden satma hakkı vermez.

7.Hizmet Değişiklikleri ve Kullanılabilirlik

Hizmeti geliştirmek için özellikleri ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Kesintisiz erişim garanti etmeyiz; planlı bakımları makul ölçüde önceden bildirmeye çalışırız.

8.Sorumluluk Reddi

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Belirli bir amaca uygunluk dahil açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti vermeyiz.

9.Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Bars Suite dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ayda ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

10.Fesih

Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de dilediğiniz zaman hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz.

11.Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar, Bars Hub Technology FZCO'nun kurulu olduğu Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri yasalarına tabidir.

12.Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi bilgilendiririz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bars Suite. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to them.

1.The Service

Bars Suite is a SaaS product bringing CRM, funnels, payments, scheduling, automation and AI tools into one platform. It is operated by Bars Hub Technology FZCO and provided on a monthly/annual subscription.

2.Account & Eligibility

A valid email is required. You must be over 18. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity under your account.

3.Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected.
You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices; changes apply from the next renewal and are announced in advance.

4.Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), to infringe others' rights, or to compromise the security or integrity of the system. You are responsible for ensuring all content and messages you send comply with applicable laws (data protection, permission-based marketing, etc.).

5.Data Ownership

All data you enter in the CRM belongs to you. You can export it anytime. We process your data only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

6.Intellectual Property

The Bars Suite software, brand, design and content belong to us. Your subscription grants a right to use the service; it does not grant rights to copy, reverse-engineer or resell the software.

7.Service Changes & Availability

We may add, change or remove features to improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; we make reasonable efforts to announce planned maintenance in advance.

8.Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bars Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

11.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Bars Hub Technology FZCO is established.

12.Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes; the current version is always published on this page.
