KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin olarak sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

1.Veri Sorumlusu

Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Bars Hub Technology FZCO (“Bars Suite”) tarafından aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenmektedir. İletişim: iletisim@barssuite.com.

2.İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Kimlik ve iletişim: ad soyad, e-posta, telefon, şirket bilgisi.
Müşteri/işlem verileri: CRM'e girdiğiniz kişiler, randevular, ödemeler ve mesajlar.
İşlem güvenliği: giriş kayıtları, IP (anonimleştirilmiş), cihaz/tarayıcı bilgisi.

3.İşleme Amaçları

Kişisel verileriniz; hizmetin sunulması, sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hesap yönetimi, müşteri destek, güvenlik, yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve talep etmeniz halinde bilgilendirme amaçlarıyla işlenir.

4.Hukuki Sebep

Verileriniz KVKK md. 5 kapsamında; sözleşmenin kurulması/ifası için gerekli olması, hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi, meşru menfaat ve gerektiğinde açık rızanız hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir.

5.Aktarım

Verileriniz, hizmetin sunulması için kullandığımız yurt içi/yurt dışı hizmet sağlayıcılarına (barındırma, ödeme, e-posta, takvim) KVKK md. 8 ve 9'a uygun olarak ve gerekli güvenceler alınarak aktarılabilir. Verileriniz üçüncü taraflara pazarlama amacıyla satılmaz.

6.Toplama Yöntemi

Kişisel verileriniz; kayıt formları, panel kullanımı ve entegrasyonlar aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanır.

7.Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)

Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak; işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, düzeltilmesini/silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

8.Başvuru

Haklarınızı kullanmak için iletisim@barssuite.com adresine başvurabilirsiniz. Talepleriniz en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

1.Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Bars Hub Technology FZCO (“Bars Suite”) as data controller, within the scope described below. Contact: iletisim@barssuite.com.

2.Personal Data Processed

Identity & contact: name, email, phone, company info.
Customer/transaction data: the contacts, appointments, payments and messages you store in the CRM.
Security data: login records, IP (anonymized), device/browser info.

3.Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to provide the service, to establish and perform the contract, for account management, customer support, security, meeting legal obligations, and to inform you upon your request.

4.Legal Basis

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your data is processed based on necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest, and your explicit consent where required.

5.Transfers

Your data may be transferred to our domestic/international service providers (hosting, payments, email, calendar) used to deliver the service, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and with appropriate safeguards. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing.

6.Collection Method

Your personal data is collected electronically through sign-up forms, dashboard usage, and integrations.

7.Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction/erasure, learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, and request remedy of damages.

8.How to Apply

To exercise your rights, contact iletisim@barssuite.com. Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
